Is there a difference between manufactured home and modular homes?

Yes, they are built to two separate building standards.  Modular homes are built specifically for a basement or crawlspace and manufactured homes are built primarily for piers or slabs, but can also go on a crawlspace or basement.

 

Can I custom design my home?

Yes, we will build to your plans and specifications.

 

What type of savings can I expect when purchasing a modular or manufactured home?

Generally you can save 20-30% versus a site built home.

 

How far do you travel for delivery?

For over 33 years we have built homes throughout Minnesota, Eastern North & South Dakota,  Western Wisconsin and Northern Iowa.

 

How long does it take to complete a home project?

It typically takes 2-3 months to complete your home project.

 

Can you assist us with the whole home package?

Yes, we can help with the building permit, getting bids, scheduling sub-contractors, making site visits and ensuring proper completion.  From start to finish.  

 

Do you use quality products in your homes?

Yes, every product we use is of great quality and from reputable companies.  Brands like Pella windows, Moen faucets, Owens Corning insulation and shingles, Georgia Pacific siding, Shaw carpet, and much more.

 

Do you build “Green”?

Yes, our manufacturer’s building systems minimize waste and uses Enery Star products which make you home super efficient.

 

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we have various lenders that can assist in land/home and in-park financing.
